I had this idea at the end of summer while taking a class, because our challenge was to make a food truck business completely on our own. Going to football games to kick off school meant another thing: the snow cone truck would always be there. That truck inspired me to bring the same level of summer fun, but make it a food rather than a treat. That’s where I came up with the acai bowl truck, refreshing like a smoothie but with more food to feel like a meal.

This project really helped me learn a multitude of things that go into designing and marketing a business. While it’s fun to just make it look nice, I really enjoyed making other elements like motion graphics and a mock ordering app, which would truly give this idea a more realistic feeling.
